We want you to love your Nude Lucy pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that sale items are eligible for store credit only and final sale items cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal to the outside of the box.
Drop Off Your Shipment
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear back on your original payment method.
